Your delivery details
Provide a complete address, apartment or suite number where applicable, postal code, email address and phone number. Review the information carefully to help avoid delivery problems.
Receiving your drinks
Check the parcel on arrival and follow each product’s storage instructions promptly. Refrigerated products require appropriate handling throughout delivery.
Damaged or missing items
Keep the packaging and take clear photos of any damage. Contact your BHB representative with your order information so the issue can be reviewed.
